A few tips to help troubleshoot...

-Recheck your Username and Passcode and enter it again.

-Make sure that your iDevice and computer are on the same wifi network.

-Sync Touch OSC with your Mac.
-
-Perform a Software update on your Mac.
-
-Update the Software firmware on your iPad, iPhone, and iPod Touch.
-
-Download the current version of Touch OSC from the Apple App Store.

This software package is sold “as is”. If and when Touch OSC updates their Android application you will be able to Sync the custom iPad and or iPod touch layout with your Android Device. Until that time you will have to use the default “Beatmachine layout”. There will be no returns so please be sure to verify that your computer/iDevice is compatible. Additional software maybe needed if you do not currently own Touch OSC or Osculator. This software package ONLY works on Mac OSX. Support for Windows is coming but not offered currently. I am not selling iPad’s, iPhone’s,iPod Touch’s, Android Tablets, Emulation, or Cuelux. This is strictly a software package that will allow you to control Emulation and Cuelux by The Wireless Midi Controller.
